Throughout my internship at The Lacek Group, I participated in a group project with my fellow interns. My role involved bringing our big idea to life visually. The project's goal was to create a variety of solutions for our QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) clients in order to foster loyalty with Generation Z. Among the numerous ideas that my group explored, one that stood out was an AI drink generator to be integrated into the Dunkin' app as an exclusive feature for members. This innovation aimed to enhance customer engagement within my generation by capitalizing on the popularity of AI and introducing a new level of customization. We aptly named it the "DUNKIN’AI’TOR," and the client enthusiastically embraced the concept.
The potential of a feature like this one is limitless when it comes to personalization and drink combinations. The client currently has over 15,000 distinct drink combinations at their disposal, waiting to be unlocked. This concept is exemplified across various categories such as "Iced or Hot" and "Hand-Crafted Horoscopes." Customers can choose a category they are interested in exploring, adjust the sliders according to their preferences, and then click a button to discover their perfect selection. If the initial drink suggestion is not to their liking, they can simply press the DUNKIN’AI’TOR button again to receive a new drink recommendation.
