Hoops Magazine
Iowa State Daily Magazine gave me the task of designing cover art for their reboot of Hoops Magazine. A place where you can read personal stories about our best basketball players.
Image manipulation was my favorite part of this project. Playing around in photoshop is always fun when starting a new project that needs it. Being the non-athlete I am, I got outside of my comfort zone and went to basketball games to really get in the zone for this project. To see some of it in action, check out https://www.isdhoops.com/
Hoops 2022-2023
For 2023, Hoops Magazine at Iowa State Magazine decided they needed a new cover for the next set of basketball players being highlighted. Instead of individual images for each player, they moved forward with one cohesive cover you see to the right. Every year Hoops chooses different players to write unique stories on to share with the public.
